Carousel uses another multihued striking glass, Pandora 2, for the base. As with Dot's Nebula, Black Dichroic is added and sealed with Diamond Clear. Then a simple rotation is applied, along with further heating to cause the reactive glass to manifest more colors. This is most noticable at one pole of the marble, shown in the second image.
