This version of Fire was my first elemental cone, and the idea that started this series. I decided to reprise the piece as this version was coated in Rose Transparent glass, which mutes the underlying colors, especially the Helios silver finish. Otherwise the piece is composed of the same glass as used in the final Fire piece. The coating also makes the piece larger than the final elements, which are not encased.
