Red Tide uses a transparent Kelp base, to which was added knobs of Red glass. These knobs were dipped in Orange Glow Powder while hot, then coated with Clear Dichroic to seal the powder on. Then the whole was melted and twisted for the final effect. The second photo shows the orange glow of the marble in darkness after exposure to strong light.
