Metal Clay II (2012)

The second PMC class at VisArts. A two day workshop focused on creating a pendant around existing dichroic glass pieces. I managed to squeeze in four pairs of earrings during the class as well. All earring textures are hand drawn into styrofoam and then impressed upon the silver clay. All pieces are finished with a patina created using hydrochloric acid and then polished so that the raised areas are brighter.
